Jerry J. Thomas class of 1975 inducted into The Country Music Association Hall of Fame

On Oct 28th 2015 The Country Music Association of Texas elected class of 75 member Jerry J. Thomas to it's Hall of Fame in Spring,Texas. Most of us remember Jerry as Jerry T. Brownstead. Jerry is also to be inducted into the Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame in Atlanta,Georgia on Nov.28th,2015. Jerry and his wife Jaye reside in Crossville,Tennessee. Jerry has written many songs throughout his career with such notables as T.Graham Brown,Diane McCall,Hawkshaw Hawkins Jr. He performs throughout the U.S. as well as Canada and Europe. He began his career in music as a member of the Van Zant entourage of the Lynyrd Skynyrd,38-Special,Johnny Van Zant Band era. Congrats to our classmate on a job well done..
